Job summary

• Work closely with global development teams to further develop and enhance quoting applications.
• Build observability into applications and monitor production health.
• Support incident resolution and drive root-cause remediation for identified risks and issues.
• Share technical knowledge and expertise across the team.
• Lead or mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering practices and internal technical communities.

Required Expertise

• Experience working in a front-office environment with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
• Ideally 8+ years of experience in a similar role or domain.
• Strong understanding of the relevant business domain and experience with real-time trading platforms.
• Advanced Java development expertise.
