Job summary

Capgemini Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled backend Java developer to design and build enterprise-grade services. You will work on end-to-end processing, secure APIs, and concurrent, high-performance systems within a microservices framework.

You will contribute to Spring-based architectures, leverage Kafka for event-driven flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on backend Java development.
• Strong Java (JDK 17+), Spring Boot and Spring Cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java services integrated in end-to-end processing.
• Design and implement robust, secure APIs to persist/retrieve data.
• Provide technical leadership and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements.
• Build enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Develop microservices architecture and work with Kafka.
