Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring ecosystem, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, or JMS.
• Strong DB knowledge: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
• Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech exposure is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Java Backend Developers to design, build, and maintain high-throughput, mission-critical digital banking applications. The selected candidates will work within Agile delivery teams to develop scalable microservices and resilient API platforms supporting critical banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial services.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
• Optimize database performance and design solutions leveraging Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
