Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade & Logistics Associate to perform data entry for purchase and sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

You will coordinate with trading staff, customers, and vendors, prepare billing documentation, monitor shipments, and ensure compliance with customs and import/export requirements, while supporting performance reporting within the trade function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and FTAs.
• Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Import/Export Operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for purchase and sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, process, print, distribute, and file purchase and sales documentation.
• Prepare documentation required for billing processes.

• Resolve matters relating to shipping, customs clearance, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of trade activities and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Analyse operational data, evaluate trade performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Support additional trade-related administrative and operational duties as required.
