Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Japanese-speaking Development Executive to drive the development and production of trading card game products. You will collaborate with Japanese counterparts and contribute to translations and localisation to ensure high quality, culturally accurate content.

The role involves coordinating schedules, liaising with teams, and supporting international projects. Some travel and weekend work for events may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in product development, project coordination, content, gaming, entertainment or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required to liaise effectively with counterparts and support translation/localisation.
• Interest in games or anime is a plus.

This role supports the development and production of card game products, working closely with Japanese business counterparts throughout the product development process. The successful candidate will also contribute to Japanese-English translation, localisation and proofreading to ensure product quality and cultural accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee the development and production of card game products.
• Liaise with Japanese-speaking business counterparts regarding the development and production of card game products.
• Translate and localise product content from Japanese into English.
• Proofread localised text and product designs to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and timelines to support the smooth delivery of development and production projects.
• Support business activities and events, including working on some weekends and public holidays when required.
• Travel overseas for business trips when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in product development, project coordination, content, gaming, entertainment or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking counterparts, as well as to support Japanese-English translation and localisation.
• Some knowledge or interest in games or anime.
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Excellent schedule management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
