TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is supporting a leading Japanese entertainment company seeking a Card Game Localization / Product Development Executive in Singapore.

You will lead scheduling, coordinate with Japanese partners, and translate and localize card game products from Japanese to English. The role emphasizes proofreading, meeting deadlines, and applying knowledge of games or anime to boost localization quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• JLPT N3 competency to enable effective communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and oversee the development and production of card game products.
• Collaborate with Japanese partners to coordinate development and production activities.
• Translate and localize card game products from Japanese to English.
• Proofread localized text and designs for linguistic accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple tasks and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of games or anime to enhance localization quality.
• Identify and resolve linguistic and cultural nuances in localization.
• Communicate clearly in English and Japanese with daily partners.
• Support company events, including occasional weekends/public holidays.
• Travel overseas for business trips as needed.
