Job summary

JAC Recruitment Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to expand market presence in the corporate sector. You will engage clients via direct mailing, cold-calling and referrals, and deliver product demonstrations to tailor solutions.

Requirements include 2–3 years in B2B sales, a Diploma or higher, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency; Japanese language skills help align with clients. The role offers a commission-based incentive, AL, AWS, and a structured weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher academic qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Japanese language proficiency for aligning with client seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Expand market through various leading activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling and referral programs.
• Gain understanding of clients’ business challenges and goals.
• CRM to develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and propose solutions to clients’ requirements.
• Proactive in soliciting and developing new corporate relationships.
• Leverages CRM to enter/track all sales data and activities daily.
• To negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Develop opportunities and pipelines which lead to sales closure and to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory payment services regulations and requirements per internal procedure.
• Prepare sales reports and any other reports as required by Management
• Any other adhoc duties
