Job summary

PASОNA Singapore seeks an AI Application Consultant and Engineer (Generative AI & Agentic AI) to drive client engagements in Singapore. You will partner with clients, translate business needs into technical AI solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment.

The role focuses on building enterprise-grade AI agents, full-stack AI apps, and cloud deployments across Azure/AWS/GCP, with a requirement for Japanese communication. Strong technical and consulting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in AI engineering, Generative AI, AI agent development, full-stack development, cloud solutions, or related areas.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agents, LLM applications, and enterprise AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, FastAPI, or Flask.
Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Copilot Studio.
Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, enterprise integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment of cloud-based applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguous requirements, and drive solutions from concept to production.
Experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics, consulting or pre-sales engagements, enterprise-scale AI platform delivery, and exposure to Financial Services, Trading, Supply Chain, or other enterprise environments will be advantageous.
Japan language is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with Japan speaking stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to identify AI agent opportunities delivering measurable business value.
Translate requirements into technical solutions, plans and rapid prototypes.
Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment and adoption.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with engineering, security, data, and business teams.
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Copilot Studio.
Build agent workflows with tool calling, memory, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
Implement RAG architectures, prompt engineering, observability, and cost monitoring.
Optimize agent quality, reliability, scalability, safety and latency.
Develop AI-powered apps with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, FastAPI, Flask.
Build back-end services, APIs and conversational interfaces with streaming responses and auth.
Apply software engineering best practices including testing, reviews, version control, API design, and reusable components.
Design secure, scalable cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Deploy and manage applications with containers, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services.
Monitor production environments and troubleshoot to improve resilience.
Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators for enterprise AI delivery.
Support AI and data consulting engagements by translating business challenges into technical solutions.
Collaborate with clients to define AI use cases, analytical approaches and implementation strategies.
Conduct workshops on AI adoption, data strategy and solution architecture.
Communicate complex technical concepts to business and executives.
Build demos, prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support client engagements and proposals.
Validate AI use cases, ML models and solution architectures through rapid prototyping.
