Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to partner with clients to deliver measurable value through AI agents.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment, and collaborate with engineering, security, data, and business teams. You will design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and OpenAI SDKs, build reusable frameworks, and ensure observability,

Qualifications

Minimum Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years in AI engineering, Gen AI, or enterprise AI delivery.
Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Copilot Studio.
Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities delivering measurable business value.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, plans, and rapid prototypes.
Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment and adoption.
Facilitate technical workshops across engineering, security, data, and business teams.
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using applicable frameworks.
Build agent workflows with tool calling, planning, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
Implement observability, evaluations, and cost-aware performance monitoring.
Build backend services, APIs, and conversational UIs with secure access and Citations.
