Job summary

SPECTRA SUPPLY SOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a cook to prepare dishes in the assigned section, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will follow standard recipes for food presentation, production, and portion controls, and manage storage and labeling to minimize spoilage and waste while maintaining the highest kitchen hygiene standards. This role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays in Upper Serangoon.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Japanese base relevant experience preferably
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of your specialty such as handling kitchen equipment and general culinary functions
• Be dependable and work well as part of a team
• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
