Job summary

CHINGU DINING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Korean Kitchen Lead to oversee the preparation and execution of Korean dishes at The Oval location.

You will manage inventory, train cooks, monitor hygiene and safety, and ensure portions and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards. The role requires 2-3 years relevant experience, ability to work in a team, and willingness to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
