Thales in Singapore is seeking an experienced IVVQ Engineer to ensure verification and validation methods and test strategies are applied across the system lifecycle. You’ll work with IVVQ management, Project Engineers, software and systems teams, and customers to plan tests, manage resources, and bid activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in systems integration, verification, validation, qualification, testing or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in IVVQ environments with large-scale integrated systems.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet or Chef and related infrastructure tools.
• Ability to translate requirements into verification and validation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and execute IVVQ activities per project requirements, schedules and quality standards.
• Define test strategies, verification methods, and test approaches aligned with system objectives.
• Develop, maintain and execute system test plans, cases, procedures and reports.
• Ensure IVVQ coverage for requirements, interfaces and operational scenarios.
• Review past IVVQ work to optimize test coverage and effort.
• Conduct functional, system, user-scenario, regression and integration testing as needed.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test activities where appropriate.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test results and defects.
• Identify and resolve ambiguous or incomplete requirements with engineering teams.
• Identify, reproduce and track defects through defect-management processes.
