Job summary

Thales is seeking an IVVQ Engineer in Singapore to lead integration, verification and validation across complex systems. You will develop test plans, manage resources and coordinate with distributed teams, including international travel to Europe as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in IVVQ environments, strong automated and manual testing skills, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes and related tools. Singapore-based position with global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in systems integration, verification, validation or testing.
• Experience in IVVQ for large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of configuration, deployment and infra tech (Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Chef).
• Ability to translate requirements into verification activities.
• Experience with defect reporting and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute IVVQ activities per project requirements.
• Define test strategies, methods, and tools based on system goals.
• Develop and execute system test plans, cases and reports.
• Ensure coverage of requirements, interfaces and performance criteria.
• Review past IVVQ activities to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct functional, system, user-scenario and regression testing.
• Develop manual and automated tests when needed.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to results and defects.
• Identify ambiguous requirements and work with engineering to resolve.
• Support defect investigation, change actions and regression testing.
