Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an IT Technician (Shift role) on a direct 2-year contract. The position requires working 8am–8pm with rotating day and night shifts, plus a 4-day work week.

• Identify, maintain and replace electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repaired equipment.
• Track and record fault patterns and trends for monthly progress reporting to government agency.
• Provide guidance to public on the use of on-site equipment such as Fee Collection Terminals.
