Job summary

Hilton Singapore seeks an Information System Executive to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT systems across multiple hotel sites to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.

You will provide day-to-day IT support for internal systems, manage outages, and work with hotel teams to address guest IT requirements while ensuring security and backups.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous.
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, IT operations, or a related role.
• Knowledge of network and system administration, cybersecurity principles, and database management.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, business applications, and software development methodologies.
• Experience supporting hospitality systems or similar enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and support operational systems and integrate them with the wider IT infrastructure.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems, users & guests, minimizing any system outages.
• Handle, efficiently and completely, IT issues that arise.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and apply it to deliver full system benefits.
• Record all issues that arise and inform of any issues that need further attention.
• Communicate with the hotel Duty Manager & Sales & Catering Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements.
• Identify current and future system needs and provide solutions for the identified needs.
• On Support Call 24/7, assist Hotel user and Guest-related IT matters.
• Assist user departments in conducting training on the various computer applications to be installed in the hotel.
• Assist in preparing training schedules and coordinates closely with user departments to maximize training sessions.
• Perform system maintenance and daily backup / offsite backup for all internal hotel IT systems.
• Support systems such as Point of Sales (POS), Property Management System (PMS), HR, Payroll, Accounting, Inventory, IPTV & PABX Systems.
• Assist Cluster Information System Manager in ensuring information system policies and procedures are carried out.
• Adhere to hotel’s safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned.
