Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is looking for an IT Systems/Operations professional to ensure servers run at optimal levels in a 24/7 environment. You will participate in continuous improvement and work with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability.

You will produce weekly and monthly reports on uptime, capacity, security, and SLAs, while documenting standard build configurations. The role also covers system audits, patching, backups, and IT process governance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT or related field.
• Around 2 years of IT support/related experience.
• Hands-on with servers and networks, hardware and software.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure servers run at an optimal level in a 24/7 environment.
• Provide weekly and monthly uptime, capacity, security, and SLA reports.
• Document processes and configurations for standard builds.
• Perform system audits and patch management to ensure compliance.
• Oversee backups and recovery processes; support continuous improvement.
