Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, manage, and operate enterprise IT across networks, systems, and cloud platforms. The role emphasizes high availability, performance, and security, with hands-on work translating designs into practical implementations.

You will collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to apply controls, address vulnerabilities, and ensure regulatory compliance across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure management, and IT administration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud infrastructure and system hardening.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and support network infrastructure (wired/wireless, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Administer systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage IT infrastructure monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan patching, upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.
• Enforce security best practices and perform system hardening.
• Support incident response, on-call operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and operation of enterprise IT infrastructure across networks, systems, and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This includes a focus on secure configuration, system hardening, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on role that requires the ability to translate design into practical implementation across network devices, servers(Windows/Linux), and cloud environments. You will work closely with the Cybersecurity team to implement security controls, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
• Implement, administer and support network infrastructure (wired and wireless networks, routing, switching, load balancer, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Implement, support and administer systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) including storage server and vSAN.
• Implement, support and administer IT Infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG and Nagios.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), and support hybrid identity (on‑prem AD + Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.
• Implement and enforce security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Perform system hardening (CIS benchmarks or equivalent).
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and on‑call operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure management, and IT administration.
• technical and hands‑on experience in network technologies: Routing, switching, ACL, VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs, and Network Access Control (NAC), wired and wireless networks.
• technical and hands‑on experience in enterprise network and security solutions: Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 Load Balancers, PAM, SIEM and Microsoft network technologies.
• technical and hands‑on experience in systems and infrastructure: M365, Windows Servers and RedHat Enterprise Linux, Virtualization Platforms (VMware and Hyper‑V), NAS, SAN and Vasan storage.
• Hands‑on experience with system hardening, patch management, and infrastructure security practices.
• Hands‑on experience with both on‑premises and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and deliver reliable solutions.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
