Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in end user support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Manage servers and monitor system health.
• Support network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.
• Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
