Job summary

ML SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide scheduled and ad hoc technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot infrastructure and end-user applications, and replace hardware as needed.

You will document activities, escalate complex issues, and support software, antivirus, backup, and system-related tasks while maintaining proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support to clients via onsite visits, phone, email or remote access.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT infrastructure and end-user desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, installation, configuration, and testing of computer systems and networks.
• Coordinate with project manager and vendors to support project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales team to understand client requirements and propose IT solutions.
