Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Specialist to support project delivery, manage documentation, and oversee system deployments.

You will handle IT infrastructure, database and network setup, data migration, security measures, and tender support, coordinating with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and stay within scope. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying IT management systems and supporting tender bids.
• Proficient with databases, networking, Windows OS and servers.
• Able to draft professional documentation and system architecture.
• Knowledge of data migration, backup and recovery processes.
• Experience with security controls and data protection practices.
• Familiar with system deployment, staging tests and production setup.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to meet timeline, cost and scope.
• Manage project documentation and subcontractor matters.
• Perform system setup and database setup; resolve design issues.
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
• Set up network devices and perform IP configuration and checks.
• Install, debug and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
