Job summary

Job Express Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (Jurong) seeks a Manager/Assistant Manager (Systems Engineering) to lead the IT team and oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and project delivery.

The role requires coordinating with HQ and stakeholders, designing and maintaining IT infrastructure and networks, and guiding IT projects while ensuring security and reliability across servers, storage, networks, and applications. Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams and managing daily IT operations.
• Ability to design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure and networks.
• Coordinate with HQ and stakeholders on IT-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT team and oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and project implementation.
• Coordinate with headquarters and internal stakeholders on IT-related matters.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Manage IT projects, identify risks, and improve operational processes.
• Support the Sales team by reviewing tender requirements and system network designs.
• Support Project Engineers with the setup and configuration of network equipment, including IP cameras, servers, storage, switches, routers, workstations, and other IT devices.
• Support Service Engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network hardware and software issues.
• Administer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
• Manage IT systems, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for internal users.
