Job summary

ST Engineering, a global technology, defence and engineering group based in Singapore, seeks a Department Manager for Integrated Information Technology Systems within Unmanned & Integrated Systems. You will oversee IT services delivery, infrastructure management, and support for defence-sector customers, driving reliability and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, advance SoS competencies, and pursue new maintenance opportunities while ensuring 24/7

Qualifications

• Knowledge in CS, IT or Electrical & Electronics Eng.
• 5+ years in System Architect or leadership in System Integration
• Strong knowledge in network, cyber security and system integration

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of services projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• To ensure the attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues
• To foster continuous service improvement initiatives and customer-centricity within the department
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector
• Manage the department staff well-being and plan for their training programs
• Spearhead the development of AI and health monitoring capabilities, working with OEM or otherwise
• Develop and sustain Systems of Systems (SoS) competencies. Establish and build new competencies with induction of new systems
• Lead cross Dept/Div/Bu/LOB response to customer request and incidents. Ensure recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements
