Job summary

ST Engineering is a global technology, defence, and engineering group. The Assistant PMO Programme / Project Manager will oversee planning, execution and delivery of system integration projects, coordinating hardware, software and networking components to meet technical specs.

Role requires leading schedules, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. PMP certification is advantageous; open to contract/renewal and strong MS Office/Project skills are

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale defence programme management or equivalent.
• PMP certification will be advantageous.
• Rich experience in project coordination and people management.
• Knowledge in Engineering / Computing / Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project schedule and milestones delivery.
• Provide direction in programme and technical matters.
• Formulate processes to handle project matters.
• Ensure readiness of all delivery submissions to the customers.
• Manage the progress meetings, design reviews, etc.
• Involve in conflict management and resolution.
• Perform incident analysis and identify issues.
• Provide solution and assessment to resolve system design or system engineering issues.

As an Assistant PMO Programme / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration projects. They ensure that various hardware, software, and networking components work together seamlessly to meet the project requirements. The role involves managing technical tasks, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, performing system testing, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with standards. You will play a key role in overseeing the system integration lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required technical specifications.

Qualities We Value
