IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

What you'll do (Key Responsibilities):

Design, install, and maintain servers, networks, devices, and core on-premise infrastructure.

Implement security controls, backups, access management, and disaster recovery procedures.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise reliability across environments.

Provide hands‑on user support, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors when required.

Document systems, improve processes, and support technology upgrades and global initiatives.

What you'll bring (Key Requirements):

Experience administering Windows, Linux, macOS systems and virtualised environments.

Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and security fundamentals.

Hands‑on experience with backups, storage, monitoring, and IT documentation practices.

Working knowledge of Docker, scripting, and automation tools preferred.

Proactive, adaptable team player with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

The successful IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator must possess strong hands‑on infrastructure, security, and support experience within complex IT environments.
