Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Analyst who will function as a Business Analyst, translating user requirements for the development team. The role includes serving as the POC for the system and providing 24/7 Go-Live support. Training and certification on the system modules are provided upon onboarding.

You will gather user needs, analyse requirements, test new features, and create user documentation for staff to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing system optimisation.

This is a permanent opportunity to join one of the largest long-term projects for a government sector company at the beginning of year 2026. The job title is System Analyst, but the role will function more as a Business Analyst, bridging the requirements from users to the development team. The position also requires 24/7 support during the Go-Live phase of the project. You will serve as the point of contact (POC) for the system used in the project. Upon successful onboarding, you will undergo free training and certification on the system’s modules.
