Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology Team. You will keep our people connected, productive, and secure by delivering reliable tech support across the business and ensuring systems operate at their best.

You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, deploy and maintain technology solutions, and help onboarding and day-to-day operations. Join a global team shaping the future of payments technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience providing end-user technical support in a corporate environment.
• Strong expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience administering Active Directory and managing user access to support secure and efficient business operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, Google Workspace, and enterprise productivity tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and deliver effective solutions.
