RecruitFirst is seeking an IT support professional for a 1-year direct contract based in Singapore. You will respond to and resolve technical issues, support software, hardware, and network connectivity, and help maintain IT services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support, strong Excel skills for reporting, good communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative IT team. Salary is up to SGD 5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networks.
• Proficient in Excel; reporting and security awareness an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide assistance with software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Monitor local IT infrastructure for high availability and reliability.
• Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
• Support printing tasks and manage print queues.
• Assist users in generating, formatting, and distributing reports.
• Collaborate on internal system development to support operations.
• Assist in testing new software tools and updates.
• Work with IT team to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Gather requirements for system development and reporting needs.
• Monitor IT systems to identify issues and ensure performance.
• Prepare regular system status and support metrics reports.
