Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer / IT Support Technician to provide basic technical support to users and assist with daily IT operations.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, support Windows and Office, and assist with email and account setup for new staff. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to employees and end users.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist users with email, password resets, and login issues.
• Set up computers, software, and IT accounts for new employees.
