Job summary

HONG YE GROUP PTE. LTD. invites a proactive IT support assistant to provide daily technical support across computers, networks, printers, and biometrics at client sites such as hotels and malls.

The role includes onboarding, equipment setup, and client demonstrations for cleaning robots. You will assist with cybersecurity checks, documentation, testing, and training material development, and must hold a Diploma in IT with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, plus

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field required.
• Basic IT support knowledge: Windows, networking, printers, mobile devices, and common troubleshooting.
• Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel islandwide for client-site support, setup, troubleshooting and deployment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to support China counterparts and diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Primary Responsibilities: IT Support & Robot Support

IT Support

• Provide daily IT support for computers, software, networks, printers, office equipment, user accounts, and IT assets.
• Support staff onboarding/offboarding, equipment setup, recovery, and basic user training.

Biometric Device & Site Support

• Support biometric devices at client sites such as hotels, malls, hospitals, and other locations.

Application, System & Robot Support

• Support applications and systems, including troubleshooting, request tracking, escalation, patches, fixes, and upgrades.
• Support robot mapping, setup, testing, and client-side demonstrations for cleaning robot projects.

2. Secondary Responsibilities: Cybersecurity, Requirements, Documentation & Training

Cybersecurity & Audit Support

• Assist with basic cybersecurity checks, backup reviews, patching, security logs, and VPN/firewall support.
• Support penetration testing and audit activities, including evidence preparation and remediation follow-up.

Requirements, Testing & Documentation

• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Basic IT support knowledge, including Windows, networking, printers, mobile devices, and common troubleshooting.
