Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on IT professional to be the go-to on-site IT person at a Singapore manufacturing plant, as part of an APAC regional IT team. You will provide end-user support, manage AD/Windows Server, server virtualization and office applications, while aligning with ITIL processes.

The role involves on-site duties, incident management, system imaging and deployments, and occasional after-hours support to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years in IT service operations, service desk or desktop support.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10/11 and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for laptops, desktops and mobile devices across Windows, M365 and iOS.
• Support Active Directory, Windows Server and virtualised server environments, plus the site network.
• Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing tool following ITIL practices.
• Image, deploy and track laptops, desktops, servers and smartphones.
• Support telephony and VOIP systems.
• Support users on Microsoft Office and ERP applications.
• Prepare IT for quality audits and stocktakes, maintaining ITIL-compliant documentation.
• Participate in system implementations and IT projects with business users.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when needed.

Our client is a global medical device MNC with a manufacturing facility in Singapore. They're looking for a hands-on IT professional to be the go-to IT person on site, supporting the plant's day-to-day operations as part of an APAC regional IT team.

What you'll do

• Give 1st and 2nd level support for laptops, desktops and mobile devices across Windows, Microsoft 365 and iOS
• Support Active Directory, Windows Server and virtualised server environments, plus the site network

What you'll bring
