Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT technical support and troubleshooting to end users.
• Support Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Assist with basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet).
• Perform basic user account administration for Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage IT support tickets and coordinate escalations with the remote team.
• Assist with daily IT system checks, device setup and asset management.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve IT support services.
• Participate in training to enhance technical knowledge.
