Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise initiatives, translating business needs into detailed designs and integration patterns.

You will mentor junior architects, drive governance, collaborate with development, DevOps and business stakeholders, and evaluate technologies to align with strategic objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of end-to-end technology solutions for enterprise initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and integration designs.
• Establish and maintain reference architectures, standards, and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, including delivery, integration, and migration.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance to ensure security, performance, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote architecture adoption and validate feasibility.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and recommend those that fit business needs.
• Develop and present technical documentation and architecture diagrams for diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects, engineers, and project teams as needed.
• Support vendor evaluation and management aligned with strategic objectives.

As a IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end technology solutions for enterprise initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and overall IT strategy.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution architectures, and integration designs.
• Establish and maintain reference architectures, architectural standards, principles, and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, overseeing solution delivery, integration, and migration activities.
• Lead architecture review and governance processes, ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and business stakeholders, to promote architecture adoption and validate solution feasibility.
• Assess and evaluate emerging and existing technologies, platforms, and tools, recommending those best suited to business and technical requirements.
• Develop and present clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects, engineers, and project teams as needed.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and management of technology vendors, ensuring alignment with the organization’s architectural direction and strategic objectives.
