Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Helpdesk Support Analyst for a 6-month assignment at Robinson Road, Singapore.

The role involves handling 1st-level support via phone, email, and onsite visits, logging and resolving incidents, and escalating complex issues as needed. Ideal candidates hold an IT/CS-related diploma or degree and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Training is provided, with a 9:00am–6:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and a monthly pay of SGD 2,800

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st-level helpdesk support via phone, email, and onsite service requests.
Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate 2nd/3rd level support teams.
Provide prompt and accurate updates and follow up with end users to ensure issues are resolved.
Perform account setup, network configuration, and hardware setup support.
Prioritize and manage multiple incidents and service requests simultaneously.
Document technical knowledge, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions for future reference.
Participate in customer projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
