Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Service Delivery Manager who can work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure service commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.

You will monitor service performance, assist with incident management, prepare reports, and help drive service improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A diploma or degree in IT, business, or engineering with at least two years of service delivery experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, business, engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Service Delivery or related function.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of day-to-day service delivery operations and client engagements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels and customer expectations are achieved
• Monitor service performance, track incidents, and follow up on issue resolution
• Assist in preparing service reports, documentation, and operational reviews
• Manage customer communications and maintain positive client relationships
• Support service improvement initiatives and process optimization activities
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Escalate service issues where necessary and assist in driving resolution
