Job summary

Well Established IT Company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the team at the Kaki Bukit location. Working hours are 9am–6:30pm, Mon–Fri, with a salary ranging from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,200 per month.

The role involves handling quotations, invoices, orders, and cross‑department coordination to ensure smooth order flow. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales coordination, strong MS Office skills, and a customer‑focused mindset to support tender submissions and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordinator roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO).
• Manage and track sales transactions and documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries.
• Help solve order issues or product-related questions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams.
• Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions.
• May be required to meet customers/presentations or attend customer/vendor events.
