Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an Indoor Sales representative for Sim Lim Square, Singapore. You will greet walk-in customers, recommend IT products and handle quotations, sales and after-sales questions.

The role requires basic IT product knowledge, prior retail experience in IT, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and email. Working hours are 10:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT products and computer systems.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in IT products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Promote and sell IT products, accessories and related computer equipment.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales transactions and product information.
• Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Assist with stock checking, product display and inventory replenishment.
• Follow up with customers and provide basic after-sales support.
• Maintain proper sales records and perform basic administrative duties using Microsoft Excel and Word.
