Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Indoor Sales professional to engage walk-in customers at Sim Lim Square (Rochor MRT) and recommend IT products that meet their needs.

You will promote and sell IT products and related computer equipment, handle enquiries, quotations, sales transactions, and provide product information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, with strong communication and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT products and computer systems.
• Previous retail sales experience in IT preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and email.

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations.

Position: Indoor Sales

Working Location: Sim Lim Square (Rochor MRT)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: S$2,000 basic + commission up to $500++

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Promote and sell IT products, accessories and related computer equipment.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales transactions and product information.
• Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Assist with stock checking, product display and inventory replenishment.
• Follow up with customers and provide basic after-sales support.
• Maintain proper sales records and perform basic administrative duties using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of IT products and computer systems
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in IT products
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email
