Job summary

NCS seeks a Quality Assurance professional to define and maintain quality objectives across IT projects in Singapore. You will implement robust governance, metrics, and shift-left QA practices, conduct IT audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects.

The ideal candidate holds a degree and 3–5 years of experience in IT project delivery, with knowledge of QA/QM systems, test automation, and documenting checks to ensure quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project delivery lifecycle experience.
• Experience in QA/QM systems for infrastructure/services.
• Knowledge of shift-left QA approaches and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with test automation.
• Certifications in testing and QM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain key quality objectives and quality plan.
• Ensure project meets defined quality objectives.
• Establish governance quality methods, practices, processes, tools, audits, measures and metrics.
• Design and report on quality metrics to support shift-left QA.
• Conduct QA toll gates to verify adherence and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project quality objectives.
• Review and endorse project deliverables meeting quality metrics.
• Conduct IT audits against defined processes or best practices.
• Create quality awareness.
