Job summary

OIP TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality assurance professional to develop, implement, and maintain an ISO-compliant QMS in Singapore. You will coordinate external audits, prepare for ISO/IATF certifications, and drive continuous improvement through CAPA and KPIs.

With 3+ years in QA and strong knowledge of ISO, IATF, and quality tools, you will train teams, lead internal audits, and ensure compliance across processes and suppliers. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 1 years in a QA role.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or other relevant ISO certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IATF and other quality standards.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO-compliant QMS.
• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirement
• Prepare for and manage ISO and IATF audits (internal and external).
• Work with auditors and certification bodies for ISO certification and re-certification.
• Establish and monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure proper document control and record-keeping in line with ISO and IATF requirements.
• Develop and execute the internal audit program to assess compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to quality and compliance.
• Train employees on ISO and IATF requirements, quality standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes.
• Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and improve supplier quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
