You will manage end-to-end project activities, oversee vendors, and ensure timely delivery within budget while working in an agile, collaborative environment. The role requires 4+ years of IT project management experience, strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with IM8 standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and management reporting
• Manage multiple vendors and ICT service providers, collaborating with application and infrastructure teams
• Ensure projects meet business needs, deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints
• Participate in requirement gathering, and develop user guides and operation manuals
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Adhere to IT management policies, quality standards, and security guidelines, including IM8 standards
