Job summary

Recooty is seeking a capable IT Project Manager to coordinate internal resources and external vendors for complex initiatives in Singapore. You will ensure on-time delivery, manage scope and budget, and align project objectives with stakeholders while maintaining technical feasibility.

The role requires a solid technical background in software development and web technologies, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a project administrator in IT.
• Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools
• Report to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
