Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage IT application implementation and maintenance projects from initiation through closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to application performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT application implementation and/or maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is desirable.
