Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking an IT Project Manager in Singapore to lead IT governance, regulatory compliance, and cyber security initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while driving continuous improvement and resilient IT operations for the business.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT or technology initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
• Degree-qualified in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of IT governance, cyber security, risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT governance, cyber security, risk and governance frameworks to ensure MAS compliance.
• Lead Business Continuity Management, Data Loss Prevention, cyber security programmes and AI governance.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Leading IT governance and regulatory compliance: Oversee IT, cyber security, risk, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with MAS requirements, relevant regulations, and internal policies.
• Driving operational resilience and cyber governance initiatives: Lead Business Continuity Management, Data Loss Prevention, cyber security programmes, AI governance, and the implementation of regulatory changes.
• Managing outsourcing and vendor risk: Conduct due diligence, monitor vendor performance, support regulatory submissions, and ensure effective governance of third-party service providers and subcontractors.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders: Translate business requirements into IT and cyber security solutions while coordinating testing, implementation activities, and cross-functional alignment.
• Delivering IT and cyber security projects: Manage project scope, budget, timelines, quality, stakeholder engagement, and adoption to enhance business processes and capabilities.
• Supporting audits, reporting, and governance activities: Coordinate regulatory reviews, remediation plans, management reporting, and budget planning for IT and cyber security services and projects.
• Relevant academic qualifications: Degree-qualified in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; project management certification would be an advantage.
• Experience in technology and project management: At least 3 years of experience managing IT or technology-related initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and operations: Knowledge of financial institution products, processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in IT governance and operational resilience: Familiarity with audit coordination, IT infrastructure, testing, compliance management, cyber security, and risk management practices.
• Passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement: Ability to identify opportunities, drive change, and deliver projects that improve business effectiveness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Effective collaborator with sound judgement, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence outcomes in a complex environment.
