Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support site activities at One North. You will attend to customer enquiries, conduct site surveys, and prepare proposals while coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely project execution.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work under tight schedules, with onsite duties and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• ITE holder in Mechanical/IT/Project/Electrical engineering or related disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on customer service.
• Onsite assignment and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
• Carry out detailed design and provide proposals for customers.
• Plan and schedule works referencing contractual schedules.
• Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required.
• Attend to all operational matters related to daily project running.
• Liaise with customers on plan approvals, drawings, and progress.
• Attend site meetings, report progress, and monitor schedules.
• Prepare monthly project reports for Project Manager/Customers.
• Coordinate handover of completed projects with project documents.

Job description

Work Location: One North MRT

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri, Office Hour

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required
• Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers
• Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
• Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
• Liaise with customers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
• Prepare monthly project report to the Project Manager / Customers
• Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.

Requirements:

• ITE holder in Mechanical/IT/Project/Electrical engineering or related disciplines.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedule.
• Have a passion for customer service and experience in customer service environment.
• Possess interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Should be able to perform onsite assignment & OT when required.
