Search Personnel Pte Ltd invites applications for an Assistant Project Engineer – Technical Projects & Site Coordination, based in Yishun. The role covers project coordination, technical documentation and site activities in a logistics and engineering services setting.
You will assist with drawings, BOMs, review specs, and help maintain schedules while coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. Travel to project sites is required as needed; the position is permanent and FT.
Position: Assistant Project Engineer – Technical Projects & Site Coordination
Location: Yishun
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day
Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday: 8.00AM to 12.00PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
Benefits: 7-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Our client is an established logistics and engineering services company seeking a Project Assistant Engineer to support project coordination, technical documentation and site activities.
Assist with engineering drawings, schematics and BOM preparation.
Review technical specifications and support basic calculations.
Maintain project schedules, trackers and progress reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and safety.
Assist with equipment/material inspection and testing.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalates when required.
Report site progress to the Project Manager.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good coordination, documentation and communication skills.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
