The role requires hands-on leadership, incident management, change coordination, vendor/SLA governance, and the ability to develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical network services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, ITIL, AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
• Several years of network engineering and operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day network operations (LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, VPNs, data centers, cloud networking).
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
• Lead incident management and troubleshoot major network outages.
• Coordinate network maintenance, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and network governance standards.
• Manage vendors, telecom providers, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network services.
• Supervise network engineers, administrators, and support teams.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
