Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain end-user devices, networks, and systems.
• Oversee Google Workspace for communication and productivity.
• Ensure asset lifecycle management and cybersecurity compliance.
• Maintain high service reliability for multi-outlet operations.
• Manage five domains and websites.
• Ensure uptime, stability, security, and technical performance.
• Implement technical enhancements and support marketing on technical content needs.
• Own and lead the core Appointment Booking System platform.
• Plan and execute the migration through a phased approach.
• Lead project management activities across Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Drive architecture decisions, roadmap planning, and upgrade cycles.
• Ensure integration with CRM, commission system, inventory, accounting, and attendance systems.
• Coordinate technical requirements across departments and manage vendors.
• Provide IT governance and support across Singapore and Malaysia outlets.
• Ensure consistent technology standards, security, and infrastructure reliability across countries.
• Lead system engineers and future web developers.
• Manage IT vendors, software providers, and support partners.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and long-term technology planning.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
