Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd is seeking an IT professional to support the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Manager in planning and implementing IT services for care facilities. The role covers day-to-day IT operations, policy reviews, security audits, vendor management, and IP Telephony support.

You will assist with network and data security measures, provide staff IT security awareness training, and generate regular operation reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT-related field with at least 2 years working experience.
• IT certifications like CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, CISSP are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware/software faults.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 2 years' experience with Windows, HP Networks, Microsoft Servers and Fortinet Firewall.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud computing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT/Cybersecurity Manager to plan and implement IT support for residential and care services.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations and review IT policies for current setup.
• Conduct regular system audits for IT effectiveness, security and outages.
• Oversee outsourced IT vendors and IT contracts/renewals; manage IP Telephony deployment.
• Provide IT security measures and staff security awareness training.
• Deliver regular operation reports and identify opportunities for team training.
