Elitez Pte Ltd seeks a hands-on IT Network & Security Administrator to strengthen the organisation's network and cybersecurity across its headquarters and retail stores. You will own network performance, security governance, and vendor management, driving compliance initiatives and ensuring reliable connectivity.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong, proactive, and capable of leading infrastructure projects independently, with on-site support across locations in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT networking, infra and security experience.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, and network architecture.
• Experience delivering multi-site network infrastructure across locations.
• Exposure to VAPT, security assessments, or audits.
• Able to coordinate external vendors and manage security projects.
• Based in Singapore and able to provide on-site support.

• Manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Oversee SD-WAN deployment and future ZTNA/SASE plans.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Network & Security Administrator to manage and strengthen the organisation's network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across its headquarters and retail outlets.

This role will take ownership of network performance, infrastructure deployment, security governance, and vendor management. The successful candidate will also drive cybersecurity compliance initiatives, coordinate security assessments, and ensure reliable and secure connectivity across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and comfortable managing infrastructure projects and resolving network and security issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls.

• Oversee SD-WAN deployment and ongoing operations, with future plans to explore ZTNA and SASE solutions.

• Ensure network availability, stability, and performance across headquarters and retail outlets.

• Manage telecommunications services, including circuits, SIM cards, provisioning, and service escalations.

• Support new retail store openings, network setup, and infrastructure deployment projects.

2. Cybersecurity & Governance

• Drive cybersecurity compliance initiatives, including Cyber Trust Mark and Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM) requirements.

• Implement and validate network security controls, network segmentation, and access policies.

• Coordinate external Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) vendors and track remediation activities.

• Conduct and support internal security testing and vulnerability assessments.

• Ensure infrastructure security practices align with relevant security standards, best practices, and audit requirements.

3. Cyber Insurance & Incident Readiness

• Act as the main point of contact for cyber insurance matters and the Incident Response Management (IRM) vendor.

• Coordinate incident response requirements, reporting procedures, and readiness activities.

• Ensure cybersecurity controls meet insurer expectations and relevant policy obligations.

4. Cloud & Security Operations

• Manage and maintain firewall environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

• Support Azure networking components, including Azure Firewall.

• Maintain secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure, cloud environments, and external vendors.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network security issues to ensure reliable infrastructure operations.

5. IT Operations & Vendor Management

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents from identification through to resolution.

• Work closely with external vendors on project delivery, technical escalations, and issue resolution.

• Provide on-site IT support at retail outlets when required for incident resolution or infrastructure deployment.

• Support additional IT operational matters across infrastructure and systems when necessary.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and security controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT networking, infrastructure, and security-related roles.

• Strong technical knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, and network architecture.

• Experience managing network infrastructure across multiple locations or retail environments.

• Exposure to VAPT, cybersecurity assessments, security audits, or compliance frameworks.

• Experience coordinating external vendors and managing security assessment activities.

• Familiarity with telecommunications provisioning, network deployment, and infrastructure rollout.

• Exposure to cloud networking, particularly Microsoft Azure and Azure Firewall, is advantageous.

• Good understanding of emerging network security solutions such as ZTNA and SASE is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Independent, proactive, and able to take ownership of technical projects and operational matters.

• Must be based in Singapore and comfortable providing on-site support at retail outlets when required.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
