Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer, Maintenance to join our team at Ang Mo Kio / Sembawang. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for network equipment in military systems, with hands-on duties to ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in network maintenance, strong problem-solving, and the ability to interact with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer Science / Information Technology / Networking / Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in network maintenance related roles.
• Able to interact well with internal team and customers.
• Willing to travel and work in camp sites.
• Possess Class 3 license is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP and ES is an advantage.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for network equipment in military systems.
• Hands-on maintenance ensuring services meet safety, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Manage on-site vendor interactions and ensure maintenance activities comply with contracts.
• Perform root-cause analysis for network related issues.
• Respond quickly to faults and troubleshoot to meet Turn Around Time.
